I bought this set because my daughter loves cheerleaders and instead of buying cheerleader barbies, it was much cheaper to just get this cheerleader set. The outfits fit both her barbie and her "stacie"/or teenager barbie dolls. Super cute. THe only thing I would say is to be careful cutting everything out of the box. If you cut everything from the back like I did you will end up cutting through the elastic that holds the pom poms on the barbies hands- so don't do that!
